Supported Employment Highlight of the Month

This month Supported Employment Services would like to recognize Matt Flory. Matt has worked at Meijer in Defiance for five years as a courtesy team member. When Matt was asked what motivates him to go to work he said, “making money to pay my car payment”. Matt getsg very well with his supervisor, Barb, and stated that she is easy to get along with. Matt’s favorite part about his job is when the weather is nice and cooperates. He does not care for the rainy, cold days or the 95 degree days. Barb had this to say about Matt, “He is dedicated and does not call off. He is always willing to help; he just received a customer compliment. He assisted a customer out and they made a point to find me he next time they were in to tell me how courteous he was.” Great Job Matt! Keep up the fantastic work!
