DESCRIPTION:This group is for all athletes to encourage getting outside\, enjoying the fresh air\, and working toward better fitness.  Feel free to join us weekly through September for this activity.  This is open to the community! \nWe will also have a running group during this time\, so weekly it will feature two fitness levels.
