Our Family Support Services promote the unity of the family by providing financial assistance to families of eligible children and adults living at home.

Our family support services works to ensure that a family who has a family member with a disability may keep them living at home, preventing or reducing the need for institutionalization, and to assist individuals with disabilities in becoming more independent and self-sufficient.

We are able to provide services like:

Respite care

Respite care is temporary care of a family member who has a disability, which may be planned or as an emergency. During respite care individuals with a disability will be cared for by a trained relief care provider. Respite care may be needed during vacations, medical emergencies, hospital stays, or as other needs are identified by the family, and may be in-home or out-of-home.
